ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS, VEGAN?

Yes, all of our products are 100% vegan.

ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY-FREE?

We love our little friends. The products and the ingredients or components are not tested on animals.

ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS NATURAL?

The majority of each formula contains at least 95% of natural ingredients. However, to create lush, vibrant colours and beautiful scents in some of our products, we need to use safe cosmetic grade synthetic ingredients.

DO YOU HAVE FREE DELIVERY?

Yes, If you spend £40 on our products, you can enjoy FREE standard delivery.
*Standard Delivery is a 2nd Class Signed for Delivery Service via Royal Mail (up to 2kg).

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Yes. You can return products if the products are unopened and undamaged, you can return them within 14 days. If you are cancelling an order because you've changed your mind, please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the goods if the goods have already been despatched. You should return products to us as soon as possible not later than 14 days, after the day you inform us of your right to cancel.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I RECEIVE DAMAGED GOODS?

If you have received an item that is damaged, please send us an email to happytohelp@full-mellow.co.uk, and we will deal with it on a case-by-case basis.

WHAT TO DO WHEN THE PACKAGE DOES NOT ARRIVE?

If you pay and don't get your order, please contact us happytohelp@full-mellow.co.uk, in your message attach a copy of your order. We will do our best to solve this mystery.

DO YOU SEND PARCELS ABROAD?

At this moment we deliver products to England, Scotland and Wales.

But, If you want we can deliver to Europe and the rest of the world, but you need to contact us before you place an order.
